Internship Opportunities

​

Specific role descriptions will be developed based on selected Interns’ interests and availability. All roles offer exposure and participation in a range of meetings and events.

​

Marketing, Communications, and Business Growth: Participate in strategy development and key performance indicators; Conduct market research in nonprofit, government, and corporate sectors; Manage social media, develop and post content; Contribute to website and newsletter publication; Design marketing and learning collateral materials.

​

Learning and Facilitation: Participate in curriculum development; Conduct literature reviews for relevant topics; Write instructional guidance; Develop meeting and event agendas; Design needs assessments and learning evaluation; Facilitate focus groups and interviews; Co-facilitate virtual and in-person sessions.

​

Research and Policy: Follow emerging data in relevant policy areas such as Criminal Legal, Mental Health, Community and Economic Development, and more. Prepare internal team briefs. Represent in relevant stakeholder meetings.

​

Operations, Systems, and Business Health: Contribute to development and maintenance of internal organizational operations including Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Finance, Technology, Team Communication, and Project Management.
